What we do
Our product line is a collection of small-batch provisions made with intention - heirloom recipes, seasonal ingredients, and time-honored techniques. From signature Smoked Pimento Cheese to our frozen line, our provisions are crafted in small batches to preserve flavor, integrity, and story.

We sell our small batch provisions to independent retailers and bi-weekly (Saturday’s 9:00 am - Noon) at the Haywood Historic Farmer’s Market in Waynesville, NC. Currently, we are growing our list of retailers. We strive to use the freshest ingredients for every production and build our menus around seasonality. We purchase as much as possible from independent farmer’s/vendors for the best, local ingredients.
