We fully cook our chicken using a technique we picked up from our aunt Patricia which makes it fork tender and ready to be heated in your home oven. The sauce will have you shouting “LA-DEE-DAH” (her signature phrase) because her chicken dish is that delicious and is loved by the entire Erwin family.
We came across this recipe at a cookout with The Moss family. From the moment we took our first bite, we knew our Easy Peasy family MUST experience this! They are sweet, smokey, and pair perfectly with barbeque. This side dish eats like an entree with the addition of ground chuck which gives the beans a rich flavor & hearty texture. Sister Coleslaw is a classic southern dish that is the perfect pairing for most anything. The name comes from our sister/sister-in-law, Christy, who created and perfected her recipe. She uses fresh, green cabbage, organic carrots, a specific brand of mayonnaise (ahem, Hellman’s), and a couple of other ingredients to make this the best coleslaw we’ve ever tasted! Not only is it delicious in flavor, but it also has the perfectly fine texture every great slaw has because of how she processes the vegetables.
Our Cornbread Muffins are made using fresh, sweet-kernel corn, yellow cornmeal, buttermilk, and eggs. They are slightly sweet, and addictive!
