We purchased these adorable individual size bundt pans a few months back and decided their destiny would be pound cake pans. After a few test bakes, we have created a wonderful result- deep golden brown exterior, soft interior, and the thick crunchy layer the bottom has to offer (aka the BEST bite!). What sets this particular recipe apart is the addition of lemon-lime soda. It’s simple, sweet with a slight tartness, buttery, and delicious- and Chad’s all time favorite dessert.
