If you’ve ever wondered what our chef’s (Chad) all-time favorite dish is, this is it! It starts with tender, rotisserie chicken breasts pulled into bite sized pieces, layered in a casserole dish with carrots, peas, and a creamy chicken sauce made with fresh thyme. A biscuit-like batter gets poured over the top and baked until bubbly and golden brown. Our Homestyle Chicken Pot Pie is pure comfort in a casserole dish!

This meal comes with your choice of two sides:

  • Browned Butter Whipped Potatoes: We peel, dice, and soak the potatoes overnight in the refrigerator to release as much starch as possible (no gummy mashed potatoes here!) and then rinse them thoroughly the following day. Once cooked until tender, we add our creamy blend of half & half, and melted browned butter! We also add cream, kosher salt, and fresh cracked black pepper then whip until completely smooth.

  • Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese: Our recipe begins with a béchamel which quickly turns into a mornay sauce with the addition of fresh grated gruyere, cheddar, and Monterey jack cheeses. We then add macaroni pasta, portion into your desired serving, and top with, you guessed it, more cheese!

  • Broccoli Salad: Our Broccoli Salad is one of our favorite tried & true recipes using fresh broccoli, sunflower seeds- for crunch, red onion, dried cranberries & golden raisins, hickory smoked bacon, and a creamy sweet-tangy dressing.

  • Seven Layer Salad: This fresh seven layered garden salad offers all of the flavors and textures you can expect from one dish. A bed of iceberg lettuce kicks off the first layer, then it is piled high with salad peas (my mom’s recipe), grated carrots and yellow squash, broccoli, cauliflower, a creamy dressing, and topped with grated medium cheddar cheese and bacon.
