Our Meatloaf is made using ground Angus chuck and loaded with green peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, and a special house blend of seasonings. We top it off with our best-kept-secret meatloaf sauce.

This meal comes with your choice of two sides:

  • Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese: Our recipe begins with a béchamel which quickly turns into a mornay sauce with the addition of fresh grated gruyere, cheddar, and Monterey jack cheeses. We then add macaroni pasta, portion into your desired serving, and top with, you guessed it, more cheese!

  • Cheddar-Potato Casserole: This is a recipe our family has enjoyed for many years. Our cousin, Ira, makes this for every Thanksgiving get together and it is quick to disappear! His recipe begins with shredded, hashbrown-style, potatoes, loads of cheddar cheese, cream of celery, and is topped with crushed, buttered corn flakes for that crunch factor. It’s simple and pairs with any meal- breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

  • Tossed Garden Salad: Starts with a blend of iceberg & romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, and Chad’s fresh-made House Thousand Island dressing!

  • Sister Coleslaw: This is a classic southern dish that is the perfect pairing for most anything. The name comes from our sister/sister-in-law, Christy, who created and perfected her recipe. She uses fresh, green cabbage, organic carrots, a specific brand of mayonnaise (ahem, Hellman’s), and a couple of other ingredients to make this the best coleslaw we’ve ever tasted! Not only is it delicious in flavor, but it also has the perfectly fine texture every great slaw has because of how she processes the vegetables.

  • Buttered Yeast Rolls: These pillow-y rolls are made the old fashioned way. Simply shaped into rounds and proofed in a warm temperature room, covered with a linen. We then brush with melted butter and bake until slightly golden in color and you guessed it- brush with melted butter when they come out of the oven.
