











Salisbury Steak with Gravy, Horseradish Whipped Potatoes or Classic Rice Pilaf, Tossed Garden Salad, & Pops Rolls
We are taking this TV Dinner inspired dish to all new heights by packing it with tons of flavor and texture! Our Salisbury Steak is made using ground Angus chuck, a seasoning blend, egg, and breadcrumbs then formed into patties and seared over high heat to create the ideal exterior. We then use the pan drippings to sauté onions & mushrooms and make a rich, brown gravy. The Salisbury Steak spends time simmering in the gravy. Once ready, we flash chill and package to be baked in your home oven. This entree comes with your choice of:
Classic Rice Pilaf: Our classic rice pilaf with toasted orzo pasta and fresh herbs.

Horseradish Whipped Potatoes: We peel, dice, and soak the potatoes overnight in the refrigerator to release as much starch as possible (no gummy mashed potatoes here!) and then rinse them thoroughly the following day. Once cooked until tender, we add our creamy blend of half & half, melted salted butter, and horseradish for a little added kick of flavor! We also add cream, kosher salt, and fresh cracked black pepper then whip until completely smooth.
Tossed Garden Salad comes with a blend of iceberg & romaine lettuce, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, radish, shredded carrots, cheddar cheese, and Chad’s fresh-made House Thousand Island dressing!
Pops Rolls are soft and pillow-y rolls made to melt in your mouth! Our Buttered Yeast Rolls dough gets rolled out and cut into squares and baked slightly spaced to create browning around each edge. They get brushed with melted-salty butter and packaged to be warmed in your oven. *Whipped Honey-Cinnamon Butter included!
