Our Thanksgiving in July menu offers something for the entire family!

The main event (aka Roasted Turkey Breast-white meat only) is tender & juicy with loads of flavor from fresh sage & thyme, butter, salt & pepper. It gets basted several times throughout the roasting process to ensure flavor and juiciness. We pull the turkey and build the casserole with Thanksgiving herbed stuffing and turkey gravy infused with fresh thyme and sage. The casserole gets packaged and ready to be baked in your oven. Que the Thanksgiving dinner smells wafting throughout your kitchen!

  • Mrs. Moss’ Sweet Potato Casserole - Sweet potatoes belong on every Thanksgiving table! This recipe came from our dear friend, Sherri, and she is family famous for this one! It starts with perfectly whipped sweet potatoes, butter, eggs, and a dash of vanilla in a buttered baking dish, and then a generous topping of Brown Sugar-Pecan Crumble goes on. They are then ready to be baked in your oven until golden brown! The crumble topping becomes caramelized and crispy while the sweet potatoes are light and creamy. The textures together with the flavors from the brown sugar, toasted pecans, and buttery sweet potatoes makes this one a true star on the table!

  • Oven Roasted Harvest Vegetables - If you love roasted veggies, this twist on vegetables is for you! We take butternut squash & brussels sprouts and toss in olive oil, sprinkle with Chad’s Vegetable Seasoning blend then roast on a sheet pan in the oven until perfectly tender. We then toss with a roasted garlic and honey glaze which adds a sweet-savory pop of flavor. Reheating is a breeze- pop in your oven until warm.

  • Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese - Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese begins with a béchamel which quickly turns into a mornay sauce with the addition of fresh grated gruyere, cheddar, and monterey jack cheeses. We then add macaroni pasta, portion into your desired serving, and top with, you guessed it, more cheese!

  • Southern Cauliflower Salad - This Southern Cauliflower Salad recipe was gifted to our recipe book by our sweet and hardworking teammate, Lynne! When we were bouncing menu ideas off of each other, she recalled one of her favorite salad recipes, made a batch for us to enjoy, and oh my goodness - did we ever!! It’s packed full of cauliflower, broccoli, bell peppers, smoked Gouda, red onion, and a sweet, creamy red wine vinegar dressing. We hope each of you enjoy this true southern gem!

  • Deviled Eggs (2-3 servings: half dozen; 4-5 servings: dozen; 6-8 servings: 18 deviled eggs) - Oh my, deviled eggs! These classic Southern Deviled Eggs are made by whipping egg yolks with our signature southern deviled egg dressing until it is completely smooth and then piping the filling into perfectly hard boiled egg whites. We finish them off with some fresh chopped chives and package them 6 to a pack! Order plenty - these guys are addictive!

Buttered Yeast Rolls will end this novel of Thanksgiving in July here at Easy Peasy Pantry. Rolls are a must for any table- especially at Thanksgiving. Ours are made from bread flour, yeast, salt, and enriched with milk, butter, and eggs. They then get a brush of KerryGold salted butter. All that is left is simply warming them in your oven.
