We enrich our Bacon-Sweet Potato Brioche Rolls with half butter (traditional) and half bacon drippings (not-so traditional). The result is a hint of smokey bacon with a sweetness from the addition of sweet potatoes. We brush them with egg wash, to make them shine and bake to a golden brown color, and bake them fresh.
