Over the years, we have watched our fair share of cooking shows and one of our favorite celebrity chefs is Jamie Oliver. This base recipe is from his collection with a few additions to send it over the top!
To make our version, we roast all of the veggies on a sheet pan and blend with smoked Gouda cheese until silky smooth. We then rapid chill, containerize, and label with warming instructions. To serve: warm in the microwave (or stovetop) until heated and top with croutons (included)!
