Our frozen entrees come to you labeled, shrink wrapped, and frozen. Entrees can be baked from frozen, when you’re ready to enjoy!

  • Granny’s Chicken Casserole - Granny is Cassie’s mom, Teresa, and she was raised on this classic chicken dish! It all starts with buttered-herb stuffing then has layers of juicy white meat chicken, Granny’s signature chicken gravy, and topped with more stuffing mix to add a little crunch. Her chicken casserole was always a favorite among friends growing up!

  • Meatloaf with Signature Meatloaf Sauce - Our Meatloaf is made using ground Angus chuck and loaded with green peppers, onions, cheddar cheese, and a special house blend of seasonings. We top it off with our best-kept-secret meatloaf sauce.

  • Classic Lasagna - Our Lasagna gets layered-up with our scratch-made tomato marinara, Angus ground chuck & Italian sausage blend, perfectly al-dente lasagna pasta, and loads of cheese. We make and build each component of your lasagna individually and portioned to serve your family- just like an Italian grandma intended!

Our sides comes to you quick frozen and shrink wrapped - intended for storing frozen until ready to bake. Baking instructions included!

  • Million Dollar Macaroni & Cheese: Our wildly popular (and for dang good reason!), mac & cheese begins with a béchamel which quickly turns into a mornay sauce with the addition of fresh grated gruyere, cheddar, and Monterey jack cheeses. We then add macaroni pasta, portion into your desired serving, and top with, you guessed it, more cheese!

  • Mrs Moss’ Sweet Potato Casserole: This recipe came from our dear friend, Sherri, and she is family famous for this one! It starts with perfectly whipped sweet potatoes, butter, eggs, and a dash of vanilla in a buttered baking dish, and then a generous topping of Brown Sugar-Pecan Crumble goes on. They are then ready to be baked in your oven until golden brown! The crumble topping becomes caramelized and crispy while the sweet potatoes are light and creamy. The textures together with the flavors from the brown sugar, toasted pecans, and buttery sweet potatoes makes this one a true star on the table!

  • Aunt Paula’s Broccoli Casserole: Our talented Aunt Paula has created a very versatile dish for any meal. It starts with perfectly cooked broccoli, a creamy cheddar sauce that bakes until bubbling with a buttery cracker topping.

  • Cheddar-Potato Casserole: Is a recipe our family has enjoyed for many years. Our cousin, Ira, makes this for every Thanksgiving get together and it is quick to disappear! His recipe begins with shredded, hashbrown-style, potatoes, loads of cheddar cheese, cream of celery, and is topped with crushed, buttered corn flakes for that crunch factor. It’s simple and pairs with any meal- breakfast, lunch, or dinner!
