Ultimate Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake

Calling all chocolate lovers out there!

The Ultimate Chocolate Ganache Cheesecake is inspired our best-selling cake (Ultimate Ganache Drip Cake) turned delicious cheesecake. The cheesecake starts with an Oreo crust then gets filled with our decadent chocolate cheesecake filling and baked in a water bath until just set but ever so jiggly in the center (bake time is everything when it comes to perfect cheesecake texture). We let the cheesecakes chill overnight in the refrigerator to properly set and the following day, top with our Ultimate Chocolate Ganache and fresh whipped ganache - made by infusing chocolate into sweetened cream and whipping until perfectly “peaked”.
